January 30th– For a third season, Mark Motors Racing is extremely proud to announce the return of Ultra 94 Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Platinum Class runner-up Zach Robichon! Robichon impressed last season with an epic battle between Platinum Champion Scott Hargrove for the top spot on the podium. Robichon’s resilience and determination demonstrated last season showed he has what it takes to dominate the races ahead. This year, he will share the Platinum class with teammate Roman De Angelis. Get ready for the most exciting season to date!
“What an opportunity to be coming back with Mark Motors for my third season” said Robichon. “It seems like just yesterday I was starting out with the team and since then we’ve had two amazing seasons! This year will be another challenge that I can’t wait to step up to. Our goal this year is to pick up where we left off and fight for the championship once more. It will be great to have Roman move into the Platinum championship with me and together I think we will be the strongest team pairing on the grid! Sebring will be a completely new challenge for me as it will be my first time driving on that circuit, but I’ve never been one to back down from a challenge! The chemistry within the team is as strong as ever and I have to say a very big thank you to Mark Motors for trusting me to represent them for another season in the GT3 cup!”
Seeing Robichon’s development over the past two years, Mark Motors Racing is confident 2018 is his year to clinch the championship title.

He brings something special to our team. His positive attitude and natural leadership really rounds out the team dynamic. He’s been a fantastic mentor to teammate Roman De Angelis, and we feel very fortunate to have him on our team!”

He is very ambitious which is a great energy for the team. I think this will be his most successful season to date! We’re very eager to see him back out on the track in March.”
The Ultra 94 Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Canada by Yokohama is scheduled for six race weekends, starting with Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring running from March 14th-17th.
